I've added a Chatroom feature. I'll try it out and see if I like it.

The idea ultimately would be that registered users could create chats or join existing chats. For example a budget day chat or similar.

Unlike forums which are permanent, chats can be deleted when finished or archived if there is something worth keeping.

The chats remain active even when users log in and out, meaning that they can be used much like forums, with users carrying on conversations over a number of days.
