Get Involved

IrishHomeTruths wants You!

There's a lot to be done around here, and the more people doing it the less we'll all have to do. Getting involved could be as simple as posting in the forums or leaving a comment on one of the pages on the site (including this one). Or you may want to actually write or edit some of the content.

To get involved, register for an IrishHomeTruths.com account. That will enable you to join the forums, leave comments and use various other features of the the site.

If you're interested in doing more, contact us through the link on the main page and we'll set you up with the user access you'll need.

Here are some of the jobs that need doing:

Newshound
The links to relevant media stories is a big part of IrishHomeTruths.com. If you are constantly finding news stories and we haven't linked to them yet, then become a Newshound and submit them here yourself.

Writer
If you're interested in creating content, then become a writer. Contribute stories, analysis, research. If you are interested in writing a regular blog that members would find interesting, then you can do that. If you want to write a very occasional story, then you can do that also.

Editor
IrishHomeTruths.com contains guides for Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Investors. These guides are being worked on in a collaborative way by numerous members. Become an editor and help pull this effort together. An editor has permission to modify any content on the site to (hopefully) improve it.

Administrator
If you're a little bit tech savvy (very little knowledge required), then you might like to get involved on the administration side of things.

The site is very easy to maintain but it never hurts to have another set of hands available to keep things ticking over and research new features and technologies.

If you like any of these options, or have any other ideas about how you could contribute to IrishHomeTruths.com then please contact us.
